After practicing as a Dental Hygienist for several years I am excited to be in a new career with Minich Orthodontics.
As Treatment Coordinator, I assist Dr. Minich with new patient consultations and guide patients to their new beautiful smiles!
Outside of work I enjoy reading, cooking/baking, traveling and making jewelry.

Financial Coordinator
I love working in the dental field. With 12+ years of experience, I find it rewarding to help patients plan the financial aspect of treatment to create a beautiful smile.
When not in the office I enjoy socializing, traveling, reading, and spending time with my 2 children Ava and Jayden, pup Lily and husband Doug.

Scheduling Coordinator
I manage the Front Desk and I am one of the first people to greet you as you walk into our practice. Nothing satisfies me more than making you feel like family. When I’m not working, I enjoy being outdoors and working in my garden. I also love spending family time with my husband, John, and my 4 children helping to create one-of-a-kind wood products for “Prexta Customs.”

I have worked in orthodontics for several years and absolutely love working with Dr. Minich! I really enjoy interacting with our patients and speaking with them on the phone and in person. I love to make people laugh and smile.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband Jeff, my son Josh, and my Boston Terrier JJ. I am a true animal lover!

I assist in scheduling and help make our office run smoothly for a better patient experience. I love to watch the transformation as our patients progress through their treatment!
When away from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 3 very active boys.

Certified Orthodontic Assistant
I love hearing our patient's stories and sharing in their lives. We become friends, and I like that my work helps people I care about develop great dental health and incredible smiles! Seeing each patient become more confident in their smile is very rewarding. I help Dr. Minich during procedures and support the patient at the same time. I also maintain our clinical inventory and am our practice’s infection control coordinator.
I’m married and have three grown sons as well as three amazing grandchildren. Outside of doting on my grandchildren, I enjoy golfing and ballroom dancing.

Orthodontic Assistant and Clinical Coordinator
I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families. It’s so much fun to learn about their hobbies and hear about their adventures. We’re always laughing together. The best part of my work though, is seeing each person’s finished smile! As clinical coordinator, I ensure we run on time and each patient receives great care. I also provide chairside assistance and review oral hygiene with patients so their teeth stay in great condition during treatment.
My life is shared with my husband Justin, son Nolan, and two dogs, Apollo and Tyson. When not working, I like walking, riding my bike in the Metro-parks, and camping.

EFDA and Certified Dental Assistant
I have been in Dentistry for 16 years and love every aspect of it. I have joined Dr. Minich’s team as an EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant), which has given me the opportunity to use my license to make people happy! Everyday I get to assist in removing braces from our wonderful patients to reveal their fabulous smiles!
Outside of work I enjoy camping with my husband, Chris, and two active boys, Wesley and Walker. My passions are photography and traveling.

Lab Technician
I love working with my hands crafting custom dental appliances for our patients. Each person has unique needs, and I spend the day in our “in-house lab”, making expanders, retainers, and other orthodontic devices. These appliances are used to move teeth into proper position, and at the end of treatment, ensure they remain in place. It’s rewarding to be part of making beautiful smiles and to work with a great team at Minich Orthodontics!
