I love orthodontics because I get to make people smile and laugh every single day. My favorite thing is seeing my patients’ eyes light up when they complete treatment and discover their new smile for the first time. My team and I are smiling and celebrating with them!
Each of my patients is extremely motivated, not just about what they want orthodontically, but what they want to achieve in life. I enjoy our conversations about school, sports, music, work, hobbies, and family. I love learning new things from each person and getting to know them as an individual.
I have fun every day at work, because no two patients are the same; their teeth and clinical needs are as different as their personalities! It’s always challenging and enjoyable.

I attend several continuing education conferences and meetings throughout the year. This enables me to improve my skills continually and stay up to date with current topics and technologies in orthodontics. I am dedicated to providing the best orthodontic care to my patients, and continuing education ensures I am able to do so.
Some of my scholarly work has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics. I’m also on the board for the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society. These positions allow me to learn on a constant basis and assist my peers in doing the same. They also ensure I stay involved with other fields of dentistry, beyond orthodontics, so I can best meet the needs of my patients.

PERSONAL LIFE
A native of Akron, OH, I now make my home in Chagrin Falls. I share my life with my wife Lori, two daughters Maddie and Maren, and two sons Grant and Gavin. Spending time with my loved ones is a priority outside of work. I also enjoy listening to live music, golfing, skiing, hiking, tennis, and coaching sports.
I participate in the Kenston, Chagrin Falls, and Mentor School Districts’ Dental Health Month. I love educating children on the importance of dental health and how they can keep their smiles looking their best!
