Professional, Friendly and Caring
From the moment we walked into the office, I knew it was going to be a special experience. The office is decorated in such a way to make even the youngest patient feel at ease. The waiting room is equipped with a Wii and a television, and homemade cookies and bottled water are offered daily! Pictures of patients are hanging on the walls. When someone gets their braces off, it is advertised in the lobby! Each patient station is equipped with a computer and a friendly, knowledgable assistant that made my child feel at ease. The professionalism of each employee is top notch. Because my child is not treated by the same employee each time, it makes getting to know my child that much more special and each employee plays a role in her treatment. Dr. Minich has a great bedside manner and a terrific and friendly smile to go along with his assuring personality that our child is in the best care possible. I would definitely recommend anyone requiring ortho treatment to come to this office. You'll be glad you did!

Great Orthodontist For Adults
I have been seeing Dr. K and his staff for about 2 1/2 years. During this time, I have seen dramatic, positive improvements in my teeth in both appearance and function. Dr. K and his staff have been excellent about explaining my condition and treatment steps. I have been able to get last minute appointments on multiple occasions easily, and the payment options are fantastic. I would definitely recommend them for adults looking to make an improvement in their smile!

Simply the best
My three daughters all had braces put on by Dr. Kossoff. The entire staff and Dr. Kossoff continually bent over backwards to explain what was happening and to juggle schedules of my entire family. My daughters say all the time how all their friends complain about hating to go to the orthodontist. They always laugh and say "we love going to see ours." The staff is the best and my kids have gorgeuous teeth now. Can't give a large enough recommendation to this practice.

The whole enchilada
Expert, friendly, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, unhurried, personable. One would choose Kossoff Orthodontics for the high quality of the orthodontic results alone, but with this practice excellent medical treatment does not come at the expense of a supportive atmosphere. Dr. Kossoff sets a kindly tone, and all the staff seem to enjoy working there and serving the customer and are all great at what they do. In my initial visit I received complete medical and financial information and answers to my questions, along with a full picture of treatment options, so that I could make an informed choice, without pressure applied. They really listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my individual needs. I am extremely pleased with both the results of my treatment and the courtesy I was treated with and would unreservedly recommend Dr. Kossoff's practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kossoff's for over two years and I have been completely satisfied with the treatment I have received. The office is very warm and friendly and Dr. Kossoff is very knowledgable in his field.
